The company covers an area of more than 10000 square meters, with a construction area of more than 5000 square meters and an existing asset of more than 1200 million yuan. It has three production lines and mainly produces turbochargers. It has more than 40 sets (sets) of production equipment such as sigma horizontal numerical control lathe, small giant numerical control lathe, three-coordinate measuring instrument, turbocharger bleed valve detection equipment, turbocharger rotor balance equipment, TECH overall balance detection machine, self-cycle test bench, etc, the company has purchased an advanced turbocharger integral laser scanner, which can directly laser scan the casting parts that need to be opened, and the computer can directly generate drawings, so that the enterprise has reached the domestic leading level in terms of accuracy and quality control in developing new products.
